Drool is a platform that brings people together through unique culinary Social-Table experiences. We connect guests with talented local partners — chefs, restaurateurs, and food artisans — for intimate dining events with limited seats.
Do I need an account to browse events?
No, you can browse available Social-Tables without an account. However, to book tickets you will need to register as a guest.
What languages does Drool support?
Drool is available in German (DE) and English (EN). You can switch languages using the DE/EN toggle in the navigation bar.
Is Drool only available in Switzerland?
Currently Drool operates primarily in Switzerland, with events in Zurich, Basel, Bern, Geneva and other Swiss cities. We plan to expand to other countries in the future.
How do I book a Social-Table?
Browse available events on the homepage, select an event that interests you, choose the number of tickets, and complete the payment process. You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
What payment methods are accepted?
Drool accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely via our payment provider.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking through your User Dashboard under "Bookings". Cancellation policies vary per event. Please check the specific event details for cancellation terms.
Will I receive a ticket after booking?
Yes, you will receive a digital ticket via email. You can also resend the ticket to your email at any time from your dashboard.
How can I become a Drool Partner?
Click "Partner signup" in the navigation bar and fill out the application form. Once your profile is reviewed and approved by our team, you can start creating Social-Tables.
What types of events can I offer?
As a partner you can offer Public-Tables (open to all), Private-Tables (intimate group bookings), and Personal-Tables (custom organized events for businesses or special occasions).
Does Drool charge a commission?
Drool charges a small service fee on each transaction to cover platform operations. The exact commission structure is communicated during the partner onboarding process.
How do I get paid?
After an event, payments are processed and transferred to your registered bank account. Please keep your bank details up to date in your Partner Profile.
What is a Public-Table?
A Public-Table is an open Social-Table where guests from all walks of life come together. It's a great way to meet new people while enjoying an exceptional culinary experience.
What is a Private-Table?
A Private-Table is a bookable table package for a small group of friends or colleagues. You book the entire table rather than individual seats.
What is a Personal-Table?
A Personal-Table is a fully customized event organized by Drool for you. Perfect for birthday parties, company events, or any special occasion where you want to impress your guests.
What happens if an event is full?
If an event is fully booked, you can join the waiting list. Enter your email address and we'll notify you if a spot becomes available.
